The EZPuck Lites Stickhandling Puck Pylons Set is specifically designed to work with the pre-drilled EZ Puck XL Shooting Pad. These pucks sit into the pre-drilled holes to create a fixed pylon to stickhandle around and take less than a minute to set up. With the EZ Puck Shooting Pad and these Lite Puck Pylons, training programs are endless. Included with the 6-pack is a set of stickhandling drills. They can be used or altered to fit your individual needs in order to improve your stickhandling accuracy, hand-eye coordination, and stickhandling speed.
