Comments: I used a SISU for 2 years and I loved! But I forgot in some place and lost it. So I tried this one, since they are basically the same process. It's more thick than Sisu, but the feel is the same, like nothing in your mouth. You can speak, drink, breath normally if you make a good shape of your teeth. In resume, is very good, perfect to play every sport, and the Shock Doctor has a plus against Sisu in my opinion: The smooth surface of the mouth guard feels better in your mouth/tongue than the holes on Sisu.
