The Bauer Supreme TOTALONE NXG Goalie Blocker is made in Canada and offers professional level performance and excellent protection. The NXG is the premier butterfly style blocker from Bauer, and is designed to maximize blocking coverage without sacrificing its lightweight construction or professional level protection.
The Supreme TOTALONE NXG blocker has a very thin profile blocker board made of EPP dual construction. The board thickness measures just 1.375 inches, but by using extremely high quality foam, provides better protection than any blocker Bauer has produced. Materials used on the TotalONE blocker include a very durable high grade synthetic leather material that covers the majority of the blocker surface. Soft digital Nash combined with an Ivory Nash leather reinforcement make up the materials used on the palm giving added durability and comfort. Air knit mesh is used on the cuff and on the sides of the fingers allowing excellent airflow helping to keep the blocker hand dry. Micro fiber material that wicks moisture is used on the inside of the finger flaps, the thumb guard and on the wrist guard.
Bauer's design features on the TOTALONE NXG blocker include beveled edges at the front portion giving the goalie better paddle down play, and at the cuff allowing excellent wrist mobility. The blocker board positioning has been centered directly over the backhand offering excellent balance and feel. Side hand and forefinger protection comes from the large one piece HD foam shield that completely covers the hand and additional finger protection comes from the removable high density finger extension. Thumb protection has been enhanced by using a larger thumb guard and a seam has been added at the base of the thumb allowing it to flex with less restriction.
The Supreme TOTALONE NXG blocker represents Bauer's most advanced blocker to date, and is an excellent choice for the serious goaltender playing at a high level of competition.
