Cut Protection Level

The Vaughn Velocity V6 1100 Goalie Blocker features a lightweight construction and has a more traditional look and feel to it than the other models in the Velocity series.
The materials in the V6 1100 blocker are of a very high quality, producing a blocker that is both extremely protective and lightweight. The palm consists of soft Clarino nash leather that helps with grip and shot dampening. Mesh materials are also used throughout the palm and fingers that help keep your hand cooler and help with drying after the game.
The Velocity V6 1100 blocker features a tapered board to help seal the blocker to the ice when the paddle is down. Vaughn is using a traditional binding construction that gives the blocker a more traditional look and shape. Full Pro finger protection and construction adds durability and protection in all of the sensitive areas of the hand that aren't protected by the blocker board. Vaughn's flex cuff allows maximum flex at the wrist and allows arm protection to overlap ensuring gapless protection.
