The Alkali RPD Max + Roller Hockey Skates are the premier model in the Alkali RPD + Line. They feature Alkali's new Purlyn boot construction, the only magnesium straight frame set up on the market and premium Labeda Addiction wheels. The combination of these elements make for an elite level skate that is bursting at the seams with agility, power and turning aggressiveness. 

Unlike like every other straight chassis set up on the market, Alkali gave the RPD Max+ a full magnesium one-piece frame that minimizes weight and maximizes strength. This chassis works with the full lightweight composite outsole to help the second wheel from the toe recess closer to the bottom of the boot. This puts the players in the proper skating stance for power and speed, while also providing a much more natural and stable feel on the feet. The magnesium Movement chassis holds Labeda Addiction wheels that provide the best speed and grip money can buy.

The boot itself is constructed of a new Purlyn material that is very strong, lightweight, impact resistant and has excellent heat molding properties. The three-piece 9mm white felt tongue boasts a generous amount of injected plastic and high-density foam reinforcement that contours to a skater's foot during the baking process too. For increased durability, Alkali utilized strategic wear patches on the inside and outside of the boot. For enhanced comfort, the RPD Max + Skate has new Comfort Edge additions at the top of the quarter package to help eliminate high ankle abrasions.
