The Bauer One60 blocker uses an ultra thin construction with large surface coverage making it a perfect option for the butterfly style goalie.

The One60 blocker uses synthetic leather in the face with screen printed designs and logos. The curved profile of this blocker helps provide easier rebound control and allows for maximum wrist mobility. The blocker board tapers down toward the bottom to enhance the paddle down position. The ultra thin profile of the One60 blocker allows for it to be incredibly lightweight while still providing solid protection. On the inner side of the blocker, Bauer has used a large panel with a molded poly and foam construction to provide additional coverage and protection to the hand. To ensure that the fingers are fully protected, Bauer has used their contoured split finger design. That design uses two foam and poly pads with floating protectors on the outer sides and segmented pieces in the index finger protection for better control.

Bauer has used a reinforced Nash leather in the palm of this blocker with dual layers in the key points for additional durability and an air foam layer to provide shock dampening. The One60 blocker uses a simple nylon mesh in the fingers to allow airflow to the fingers and a quick drying process. On the inside of the blocker, Bauer has included a pad lined with Nash leather to help keep the blocker from rotating on the hand as well as provide some impact resistance from shots. A similar pillow-like pad is strategically located between the blocker board and the hand to provide additional impact absorption when you take shots to the blocker.
