The Bauer Vapor APX hockey elbow pads are the premier elbow pads from the Vapor line.  The APX elbow pads are a 3-piece design making them very mobile but also lightweight due to the different types of foams the APX features.

The APX elbow pads feature Bauer's Vent Armor foam on the outer part of the bicep guard.  This is a dense but lightweight foam with perforations for good ventilation and protection.  Bauer's Aero foam wraps around the rest of the bicep providing great protection the whole way around.  A tapered hard elbow cap gives great protection with a good fit.  Vent Armor Composite forearm caps and guards provide maximum protection for the forearm.

The APX elbow pad is a 3-piece design that features Bauer's Free Flex System.  The bicep guard is attached by only a single pivot, giving it a great range of motion.  The forearm guard is segmented and moves independently from the elbow cap.  The anchor strap really helps secure the elbow down into the pad.

The APX elbow pads feature a 3D Thermo Max+ liner.  This liner wicks away moisture, regulates the body temperature, and prevents odor build up.  the 3D print provides added comfort.
