The Lil' Rookie's feature a Molded Ergonomic ribbed poly inserts in the hips and thigh to provide an appropriate level of protection for the youth player. The Hydrophobic mesh liner provides for a comfortable feel and the external buckle strap helps to keep the pants in place.

Comments: Bought these for my son who is a Mite this year. These Pants have no padding along the back of the legs at the hamstring. It only has a pad for the tailbone. I have purchased mostly Bauer equipment in the past, but this item doesn't offer enough protection.
