The Bauer Nexus 600 Hockey Elbow Pads offer great protection and comfort for intermediate to advanced level play.
Unlike the Nexus 400's, the 600's have high density foams plus poly inserts in the forearm guard, and the bicep guard. The Nexus 600's also have a high density foam lateral insert that increases protection against slashes and high impact collisions.
The elbow pad has a two piece construction, where the bicep guard is independent from the rest of the elbow pad, increasing overall mobility and comfort. The pad is secured with three different velcro straps. The bicep guard has a 1.5" strap, the forearm guard has a 2" strap, and there is a 1" strap in the middle to secure the pad in place. Also, the 600's have an elbow donut in the liner that keeps your elbow in proper place, to ensure proper protection.
