Overview
The Bauer Pro 4 Roll hockey gloves are an excellent example of a quality traditional style hockey glove. This is the only
traditional fit hockey glove in the Bauer line. The traditional design type gives the player generous volume throughout the glove
offering maximum wrist mobility.
The nylon exterior results in a more durable, breathable, and lighter material. This glove offers pro level protection with the dual density foams and poly inserts for additional protection. The soft thermo-max liner runs the length of the glove. The material construction of this glove is most similar to the Vapor XXXX pro glove however the design and fit is where the big differences are.
For a quality traditional style hockey glove the Pro 4 Roll can be ranked among the top of the industry.
- Exterior:
- Lightweight stretch matrix nylon - Offers a lighter, more durable, and more breathable material then standard leather gloves.
- 4 air vent in the back hand rolls - Decreases glove temperature and drying time
- Protection:
- Dual density foams - Offers advanced level of protection
- Poly inserts in high impact areas to give additional protection to keep you safe at any play level
- Palm:
- Soft clarino leather - Traditional hockey glove palm, that has been time tested and proven to perform well
- Liner:
- Thermo Max fabric - wicks moisture away from the hand keeping the hands dryer resulting in a better fitting glove
- Fit:
- Traditional fit - Also referred to as a "volume fit" this design gives the players ample room through the glove for wrist mobility
- Bauer size guidelines:

Comments:After a couple of games, the palms and fingers seemed to break in. I love these gloves now. I came from using Warrior Bully pros, and prefer the wider fit of the Bauer 4 rolls. Classic feel, no frills glove. Been using for two seasons so far and the palms have held up. No issues yet.

Comments:Going from a form fitting glove to the 4 Roll's I found it very loose and sloppy at first. After breaking them in over a few games I found them to be comfortable with as much range as you could imagine. I would suggest testing them out before getting a pair though as for some may be an acquired taste.

Comments:It took a little while to break these in, but once I did they're great. Great protection and mobility and extremely comfortable.
