The Bauer Reactor 9000 Goalie Catcher has some fantastic upgrades for 2015 which help produce a professional level catcher that performs at an even higher level than its predecessor. The 9000 catcher is made in Canada with expert craftsmanship and premium materials, ensuring excellent longevity and quality.

High quality Jenpro leather is used throughout the Reactor 9000 catcher, providing great durability in high wear areas as well as producing a professional look. The face of Reactor 9000 catcher is constructed with molded poly and foam that provides complete protection, and is reinforced with nylon to help reduce fraying. The catcher has a deep single-T pocket design with nylon lacing to help reduce pop-outs. The two piece cuff design maximizes wrist and hand mobility and allows for easier puck handling. The cuff box is flared to help with rebound control and further the mobility that the Reactor series is known for.

The Reactor 9000 catcher uses a molded thumb box with an adjustment feature designed to maximize glove control. The catcher offers excellent backhand protection through the use of HD foam and has a Free Flex cuff that provides additional wrist movement. Finger stalls on the Reactor glove are constructed from high quality leather providing improved comfort and durability.

The brand new Poron® XRD™ foam reinforced palm provides superior protection against stingers and helps deaden impact from shots, helping to improve rebound control. The new Ax Suede Quattro + hand lining is the most comfortable material and has the best moisture wicking properties of any Bauer catcher to date. The 60° break angle provides a finger to thumb closure. Finger, backhand, and padded wrist straps ensure a proper fit, limiting twisting and improving control.
