Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play

- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The Bauer Supreme TotalONE NXG Limited Edition Hockey Gloves offer the exact same construction and fit as the standard TotalONE NXG gloves but in limited edition colorways. These are the most protective gloves that Bauer has offered yet and were inspired by the New York Rangers who added extra protection on top of the glove to help prevent injuries when blocking shots.
The fit of Supreme gloves have always been about a tight, anatomical fit to provide unmatched responsiveness. The new PORON® XRD foam patch sits on top of the backhand to provide the highest level of protection but also helps to mold and contour the glove to an individual player's hand. The other portions of the hand are well protected by dual-density foams that are extremely efficient at dispersing even the hardest impacts.
Bauer used a Nubuck Palm with 3 PU patches to provide an incredibly soft but durable palm. Other palms try to make up for durability by adding additional layers of materials but this only decreases stick feel and prolongs the problem. Bauer did a solid job of using high quality palms that will last without sacrificing durability.
