The Bauer Vapor X60R Roller Hockey Pants are an excellent mid price-point roller pant that showcase high-end features like the Tapered Leg Control (TLC) system. This TLC allows players to make the bottom portion of the pant tapered or traditional, depending on their personal preference. Comments: Bought these pair of pants and love the way they look, they are very breathable and light. The fit according to the sizing chart is very close, I'm a 34" and bought a Large just to have some extra room. The tapered leg system is a clever way of slimming the pants down but won't substitute for shin guard tape, never less they do look great if you're into the slim look.
The biggest complain that I have is that due to the breathable fabrics and etc, there is less material on the knees thus rips/tears are going to happen more frequently - especially playing outdoor. IF you're looking for a pair of pants with great ventilation for indoor play, then I would heavily consider them. IF you're looking for a tough/thick pair of pants to hold up to the rigors of outdoor play, then I would consider another brand.
Overall, I'm happy with them but know they will tear in a season playing outside.
