The CCM 1060 Foam Core Goalie Stick is constructed with a foam core paddle, full graphite blade, and aspen core handle, producing a very durable goal stick with fantastic vibration dampening properties.
The CCM 1060 goal stick features a full graphite blade that provides extra stiffness from heel to toe while also giving excellent puck feel. The graphite blade design also provides an enhanced sweet spot for more accurate passing and shooting. The shaft on the CCM 1060 is constructed from an aspen core fiberglass laminate that adds strength and stability for improved durability and vibration dampening. The foam core paddle design allows the goalie stick to be lightweight and offers excellent vibration dampening properties as well as durability.

Previous Feedback
Comments: This is the benchmark for foam core goalie sticks. It is lightweight and well balanced and is not horrendously expensive.
The blade plays stiff and puck feel is good, but the shaft does feel long compared to other brands but that is an easy fix to cut it down.
My only complaint is that I wish the entire blade was wrapped in graphite. The bottom of the blade is exposed and since it is on the ice it takes abuse and is the first part to go soft or break down in my sticks.

Comments: This is a really light foam core stick for a pretty good price. I've been a loyal CCM user for years, and this seems like they didn't try to reinvent the wheel this year and mess with a good thing. Would definitely recommend this or the slightly cheaper 860 stick.

Comments: I loved the CCM 500 goalie stick and this is the same thing, only with a different graphic and slightly longer shaft. I actually cut a little bit over an inch of the extra 3" long shaft, but it's cool that people can kind of customize how long they want it to be for stick handling purposes. Overall always been a fan of this stick line and the 1060 has been great so far.
