Overview
The CCM Premier Goalie Chest Protector has a revamped design, and is constructed with high quality materials, producing a light weight chest protector that has advanced level performance and protection. The new quick release velcro adjustable fit system allows the goaltender to get the perfect fit, making sure that the protection and net coverage is maximized.
The CCM Premier has a great new design, improving upon the Reebok incarnation of the chest protector in many ways. The chest area has an extra large PE foam sternum plate, which adds protection and also provides more predictable rebounds. The shoulders are squared off with molded HD foam, making sure that maximum coverage and protection are attained. The HD foam segmented stomach has a flexible belly, allowing goaltenders to crouch without having the protection shift or cause discomfort from pressure on the stomach. The arms on the CCM Premier have been squared up, maximizing blocking surface, providing better rebound control, and allowing air channels that increase breathability. The JDP® injection molded PE elbow caps provide great protection and further reduce the overall weight.
The Premier chest protector has a brand new quick release velcro adjustable fit system. On the back of the shoulders there are two tabs that allow the goaltender to adjust the chest height and shoulder floater position. The arms have four adjustment straps to help customize the fit even further. Lastly, there are two straps on the lower back that are used for chest adjustments.

Comments: Best chest protector I've had. I've always used a Simmons as I liked that I could make the unit larger, however I feel that the protection of the Ccm was superb. I would say that I felt the chest to be a bit large in terms of fit. I personally like that as I do not like to wear my chest snug, that way it moves more freely. I would add that you may consider your pant options when purchasing a new chest. I have a set of RBK pro pants, but the chest is too large to fit inside of the pants and the pants are to bulky on top to allow the pants to go underneath. It's just something to think about, overall a great product!

Comments: I've been playing with this chest for about 2 months and i'm very pleased so far. its holding up really nicely. the only gripe I have is that it did take me a little bit to fully break it in, but I can't really knock it for that because that isn't a big deal. they really killed it with this chest, especially when I was coming from a bauer supreme chest which I really didn't like. That chest never broke in. it was just way too stiff. I'll be looking for more CCM stuff in the future if all their gear is as good as this.

Comments: This chesty is amazing. My teammates have commented on how huge I look in net, but it doesn't feel bulky at all. Haven't gotten a single stinger yet, and it's a huge confidence boost. Great work CCM!!!!
