Overview

The CCM RBZ grip hockey stick  features key innovations that put this stick in a class of it's own.  A constant stiffness profile all the way through the shaft provides a customized kick point.  CCM teamed up with Taylor Made to come up with the SpeedBlade Technology™, providing a very hot blade face making the puck fly off of your stick like a rocket.

The CCM RBZ hockey stick features CCM's Power Swing, a fine tuned weight and flex distribution providing a faster swing for more puck speed. The CCM RBZ hockey stick is a true one-piece stick and is wrapped with high grade carbon fibers making it very light and balanced.  A constant flex profile all the way through the shaft provides a custom kick point depending on where your hands are placed on the shaft and the type of shot you are taking.

CCM and Taylor Made teamed up to create the SpeedBlade Technology™.  The blade is hollow making it very light while giving it a lot of pop. 4 speed channels run the length of the blade, providing reinforcement while giving you good puck feel.  High grade carbon fibers are wrapped around the blade making it stiffer and decreasing the blade deflection providing you with a more powerful and accurate shot. The CCM RBZ blade has so much pop, it's like the puck has a rocket strapped to it!

Comments: The RBZ is known for it's freakishly fast speed panels, this stick rockets the puck hard off the blade with a ton of pop. I enjoyed how the stick had so much life in it; however, i found that the sidewalls didn't fit to well in my hands. It had a harder, less traditional feel then other high end sticks such as the V9e, 20k etc. I currently have the RBZ with a nuggent hopkins curve, which a bit different from what i usually have. But overall, I think this stick is great but it just didn't fit me well.

Comments: This is a great stick and once you shoot with it you won't want another brand. This stick really does fire the puck harder than any other stick I've used. Balanaced and light. Only issue I had with it was the toe chipping, but I haven't found a composite blade that doesn't do this after time.

Comments: Hi my name is Michael I bought this stick a while ago and I just wanted to say I love this stick to death, so far has been my go to stick for months now and has lasted the longest out of all them. I have taken numerous shots with this stick more so than the others and it has not yet broken. This stick is powerful, and it is unbelievable. The kick point is great and it has a lot of pop off the blade on both the slap shots and snapshots. Feel is great it is a very light stick but durable and it has an extremely tough blade, minus the little chips on the tip but only after repeated and repeated use, overall 5 out of 5!:)

Comments: Love this stick so far. Shots come off hard and quick with not as much effort....great pop. I have a lower flex rating on this stick than i do on others...but I get I feel it plays a little stiffer than my Total One. So I get some good whip on my shots but gives me good control for making and receiving passes. Not as important...but it looks pretty sharp too.

Comments: Awsome stick! This is the best stick is ever used, I always used Easton but when I saw the RBZ I had to have. Great feel and even better shot I love how the puck pops off of the stick with an wrist shot and even a heavy slap shot. I feel I have better control when the puck leaves the blade, doesn't feel weak or to much blade twisting or torquing. Try out the RBZ you won't be disappointed.

Comments: After many years of playing my parents finally allowed me to get my first piece of top of the line equipment. I chose the CCM RBZ Hockey Stick and the change is AMAZING! First, the stick looks sick. It reminds me of the first Mako with all the white. But the look also helps you score more goals. How? Well many goalies who were interviewed said a white stick looks "hidden" in the ice and makes it hard to see were the player is shooting for the goalie. One of the many things you will notice when you shot is the custom kick point. A kick point is where the stick flexes. An example is the total one's kick point is a mid kick point. For the RBZ it flexes were your hand is. This helps the stick adapt to your style of play. So this stick is great for virtually any position. Another thing you will notice while shooting is the blade. It is different from a lot of other sticks. CCM calls it their Revolutionary Speed Blade with 4 speed channels. This basically adds extra "pop" to your shots. The shaft also has rounded corners and CCM also claims it has a fast swing speed. To be honest I only found two cons. The first one is this is one of the heavier top of the line sticks. I noticed this when I tried the other top of the line sticks. I don't really mind this but I now a lot of players who would. The other is that the paint chips. Overall I really recommend this to anyone who want to "strap a rocket" to their shot!

Comments: Being a Bauer Loyalist over the past couple of years I was quite hesitant to make the jump to CCM from my APX and Nexus, with Bauer I used an 87 p92 with almost all my sticks but with the new Rbz I'm using a 75 and the CCM equivalent to a backstrom which is a C93 Nugent-Hopkins.

This sounds silly, but while shooting with the Rbz I can feel the release is quicker, the snap is faster, and my shots are harder. Something about the new blade technology is literally making me strap rockets to the puck! Definitely can feel my shot not only being harder, but my shots feel more accurate. Not to mention passes feel more crisp when sending and receiving passes.

Visually the stick looks great with the white bottom of the shaft and the blend of black and red on the top of the stick. Although a couple of my buddies have complained about black puck marks on the blades I dont mind it.

The only complaints I have are I've only had the stick for about half a season and I can already see wear on the stick's blade in the form of chips and small cracks. Finally, coming from the Vapor and Nexus line of Vapor the CCMRBZ's puck feel felt only adequate.

My personal ranking of sticks I've used so far:

1. Nexus1000 and Apx (9 out of 10)
2. CCM Rbz (8.5 out of 10)
3. TotalOneNXG and RS II (7.5 out of 10)
4. And surprisingly the 20k is great. (7 out of 10)

Comments: I used this stick for a month, it was great for the first two weeks but after that it started to lose its kick to it. I was use to a bauer backstrom curve and the RNH curve seemed to be a little bit less than the bauer curve.

Comments: I like the stick I'm on my second one from warranty for breaking the first one. Durability shouldn't be an issue I use a softer flex anyway. The stick itself has a great feel and the release feels awesome no matter where you take a shot. Very well balanced and light weight. Feels great in the hands and when I'm stick handling, I play about 5-6 times a week at the Midget Minor level so I have gone through my fair share of sticks this year this is one of the better ones I have used I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Comments: Very good stick. then paint chips away really easy but what white stick doesn't. Unreal feel. if you are looking for a stick that you cab take bombs with and then take a wrist shot this is the stick for you. I highly recommend this stick. its a little pricy but its worth the $250!

Comments: I was a little hesitant about purchasing a CCM stick at first, but 3 months later I couldn't be happier. This stick has great pop and really adds a lot of power into my shots. While it may not be the lightest stick available, it still has incredible balance and puck feel. This may be my favorite overall stick ever (I've been playing with around 50 top of the line sticks since I first started).

Comments: This stick really impressed me from the start. When it was first released back in August and I saw CCM had partnered up with Taylor Made I knew that this was going to be an amazing product. Been using this stick exclusively for the past couple of months and I couldn't be happier. I'll start off with the blade. This is the best blade I've used since the HTcore one from the old Mission Fuel Ti Pro sticks, I loved those blades for one reason, the amazing wood like puck feel. This blade provides me with amazing puck feel and the puck just fires off it with little effort. The speed channel design really provides me with some zing on all of my shots. The custom kick point feature is the other thing I really love about this stick. I've always preferred mid kick point sticks but this one gives me the best of both worlds. Personally I like to keep my hands close together on wrist shots so this stick really works well with my shooting style. But when I get the chance to load up for a one timer or a slap shot that's where I feel the difference. I can slide my hand a little bit down the shaft and really feel the puck explode off the blade. This stick kicks real hard and I love it, you can really feel when you get everything into your shots, amazing feature. Ascetically I think the stick looks great, love the Red/White color scheme I think it looks amazing.

Comments: Great stick. I deffinatly feel like it gave my shot a little more power and the shaft design worked great. Puck handling with the stick is great the puck doesnt bounce off it like you would think. I have it for a couple of months now and i play around 4 times a week and shoot on my shooting pad with it every day and it seems to be holding up great. The blade still feels like new and has a lot pop. But the only down side is my shaft is starting to get a little softer and its starting to flex a little more then i like. But over all it is a great stick it is well balanced.
