Overview
The CCM Ultra Tacks Hockey Shin Guards offer a high level of protection in a youth-sized package. The hard knee cap is designed with JDP technology to disperse the force of impacts away from the sensitive knee joint.
The hard plastic (PE) cap is complemented with extended foams in the lower though, outer knee, and calf for additional protection. CCM uses a two-strap system to secure the shin guard, with a nylon strap wrapping under the knee, and an elastic strap locking in the calf. The Ultra Tacks Liner is constructed of a moisture wicking mesh nylon, which is also removable for easy maintenance and customization.
