Overview

The CCM Extreme Flex II 860 Goalie Catcher takes the phenomenal design of the incredibly popular Extreme Flex 500 catcher and improves on it in multiple ways. The 860 uses a new nash grip palm and beefed up finger padding to make this mid price-point glove an even better value than before.

The Extreme Flex II 860 catcher is constructed from very durable microfiber material, which is used throughout the high wear areas. Durable 400 Denier nylon is used inside and on the backside to improve durability and reduce weight. The Extreme Flex II graphic is stitched on using microfiber material, which helps give the catcher a high end look that's consistent throughout. The cuff on the Extreme Flex II 860 has an open flared one piece design. The one piece construction provides maximum coverage while also producing more predictable rebounds, while the flared cuff allows for better wrist mobility. CCM's new nash grip palm improves overall durability and has a textured grip for improved control even when wet.

The backhand protection has been re-designed to be more comfortable and efficient. The three strap design has a padded nylon wrist strap, a leather backhand strap, and a velcro finger strap. The new curved thumb makes closing the catcher easier and helps direct pucks into the pocket.

The Extreme Flex II 860 catcher provides excellent features and protection, maximizing the amount of bang for your buck. By using high quality materials and adding a few much welcomed improvements over the E-Flex 500, this catcher can be used at an "extreme"-ly advanced level of play.

Comments: Best glove i have ever, have had this and the original extreme flex for about 5 years and nothing compares really recommend it!
From: Michael, Wesley Chapel, FL

Comments: I have had this glove for 2 seasons now and still love it. It felt broken in the day I bought it, unlike my vaughn that didn't feel broken in after 2 seasons.  The material in the palm sucks the puck in and I don't get any stingers.
