The board simulates the glide of an ice hockey puck on the ice and the slide of a roller puck on a tiled rink, making it a great way to work on stick handling, accuracy and speed.
Moving and storing the Shooting Board and OneTimer is a breeze with the single carrying handle (or the two carrying handles on the XL, to accommodate the extra size.)
