The Mission Stir D1 Hockey Sticks are the premier model coming from the new Mission Stick Line. This Stir D1 features a premium 3k carbon composite throughout the shaft and blade providing a lightweight and responsive twig. The Amped-Up (mid-kick) flex profile allows players to get a heavy load into their shot, resulting in supreme power.
Mission is back in the stick game with this Stir D1 spear-heading the movement. The D1 is perfect for players looking for intense shot power because Mission stiffened the lower portion and softened the middle portion, allowing players to easily load a lot of energy into the shaft. The Dual Taper ensure pin-point accuracy on powerful shots by helping to boost torsional stiffness so that the stick will not torque or twist.
The Aero Foam II Blade Core is an excellent material that has an excellent puck feel without losing responsiveness for quick snap shots. The Pure Shot Blade Profile reinforces the shaft and blade connection point, obviously increasing durability but also increasing accuracy by ensuring the blade face stays aimed at the target without opening up.

Previous Feedback
Comments: For me this stick has performed at a high level. I was typically using the high end Bauer sticks (APX2 and Total One) but decided to make a cheaper buy. I've bought 3 of these so far and love them. Sadly I have broken two both in the same spot, the heel of the blade. The stick is just a little bit heavier than what I am used to but it was easy to adapt. I think this is an obvious steal at the price!
