Comments: I'm 270 lbs, been playing ice for 25 years and skate HARD. I've been using these for training skates on roads, typical condition being average to very, very abrasive and bumpy, almost always with gravel. I go for 30-40 minutes, usually around 7 miles per session, and I'm getting 40 skates out of front wheels and 80 skates out of back wheels(hi-lo frames w/72 mm front and 80mm rears). If these skates will stand up to the abuse I throw down they'll work for anybody, and at this good of a deal I don't know what I'd do without them.
PS-if you want to beat your opponents up and down the ice, train on inlines, hills in particular. Skating on ice will be effortless.

Comments: I weigh around 196 lbs and play on a smooth concrete outdoor rink and parquet . These wheels provide a good between hardness and grip. I'm happy with these wheels and are better labeda gripper yellow edition for my weight. But one day skating on asphalt and you need a new wheels

Comments: I weigh around 210lbs and play on a smooth concrete outdoor rink. These wheels provide a good compromise between hardness and grip. I can feel them sliding just a bit during hard cornering, but not enough to cause problems with my skating. They seem to hold up well with very little chunking or cracking as the wheels wear down. Of course, mileage will vary depending on the skater.
