Overview
The Reebok 9K Goalie Hockey Pant is definitely a solid performer for the price offering advanced level protection. Molded poly and foam protection in the thigh, hip, and tailbone areas. Added Foam protection can be found on the side of the hips, around the waist, and on double-stacked (removable) on the inner/outer thigh.
The 9k pant features a traditional lace up fit, and a segmented floating style bell flap. The Kinetic Fit system (KFS) on the 9k utilizes stretch gussets and flex panels for maximum mobility. The 9k liner is a nylon/mesh combination that wicks away sweat and keeps you cool.

Comments: :Finally upgraded my very old John Brown JB900 pants to these 9k's. The reeboks have so much innovation it makes my JB's feel absent of any technology. Very protective pants, extra inserts in inner thighs that are removable. Good mobility with front flaps and arches behind legs. Extra pad over goalie jock area is also nice. I can tell alot of thought was put into these from mp3 holder to sweet cheater block pads along the hip sides. Only negative is extra velcro should have been used on removable padding. It can come off during game play. I sewed mine on and remedied that issue. Really great pants for price and recomend.

Comments: Very mobile pants. Adjustable inner and outer thigh pads is nice. You can either have two, one, or no foam blocks in both areas depeding on your preference. Very solid protection, runs about true to waist size as described.
