The Reebok Premier X24 Goalie Leg Pads are constructed with high quality materials and are intended for the Intermediate level goaltender. With features such as a non break outer roll for predictable rebounds with maximum coverage, and a large knee block for quicker butterfly closure, the X24 leg pads are a great choice for butterfly goaltenders looking for an inexpensive but high quality pad.

The Premier X24 leg pads have a lightweight construction while still keeping the excellent features that make the pads so desirable. While the pads have no visible breaks there is a double inner core break to allow better flexibility, and Reebok has kept the pad above the knee completely rigid to ensure a strong butterfly closure.

The X24 has a flat-faced front that reduces the overall pad weight and ensures more predictable rebounds, a feature that has become a staple of the Premier series. The X24 has brought in a new bindingless flat inside edge design where the leg channel foam makes contact with the ice. This excellent new feature helps the pad seal to the ice and reduces the "caking" of snow that occurs on the bottom of the pad that limits the sliding efficiency. The X24 pads also feature a larger and more comfortable knee stack. This is extremely useful when moving into the butterfly position as it allows the goaltender to contact the ice faster when dropping, helping to more quickly close the 5-hole.

The Premier X24 leg pads are a high quality pad at a very reasonable price point, making them a solid choice for any butterfly goaltender playing up to the Intermediate level of play.

Comments: These have been a great set of pads for me so far. Coming from an older set these are great and seem like they will hold up fine. like pads with leather straps and these have all leather straps.
From: Nick, Denver, CO

Comments: I play about 1 or 2 times per week at a medium skilled level, and these have been perfect for me. I also picked up a set of knee protectors to give a little extra comfort and shot protection, and these pads have been awesome. Was considering getting the X28's, but these are perfect for me right now. When I've played a little longer and go up in skill level I might switch, and when I do I'll be getting another set of Reeboks.
