Comments: Good stuff. Replaced my old blown out set of 78A's with these 80A's. Much better power transfer. It's amazing what a difference the hardness makes. I skate "aggressively" (if not recklessly) on blacktop & concrete with these wheels & they last a long time. You can't really get around the fact that the harder you go, the less grip you have, from my experience. These wheels do tend to slide on quick stops & will slip slightly on fast choppy jump starts (acceleration), if but once you get used to how they handle the speed & durability are worth it (to me). I weigh 225 pounds & don't like to go easy on my wheels. I'd recommend these wheels for us bigger dudes. Paired with some slightly softer 78A's (on the outside of each skate, heel & toe) are a great combo for more competitive skating outdoors.
