The Sherwood 5100 ABS Hockey Blades are an ideal choice for all kinds of outdoor surfaces. Most traditional wood blades will disintegrate when used outdoors but this 5100 blade with it's ABS core is strong and durable enough to last. The multi-directional layering of fiberglass insures a tough and rigid feel from heel to toe providing an accurate shot release.

Comments: not bad for the price. I bought two blades, one broke after 5 games and it was not used hard. The other is holding up after 1 game. I would look for a better outdoor blade. Although the description says it has minimal wear on outdoor surfaces, I noticed the wear after only a few games. Probably lost 1/4 of an inch in 5 games

Comments: Good blade, and some great curves, but durability is questionable. I had one and loved it, but after about two months it shattered and split clean, right where the wood meets the fiberglass. For the price it's a good blade, overall. Just don't expect it to be a long-term solution.

Comments: Good blade for the price. Ive been using the it for 6 months now and the blade has only worn down about half an inch or so.
