The Vaughn Velocity V5 7190 Goalie Blocker has been scaled down providing the maximum blocking area while maintaining a precise fit. The lightweight construction on the Velocity blocker allows junior goaltenders to have quicker movements helping them make the save.
The Velocity 7190 goalie blocker is constructed with a thick blocker board and beveled edges that reduce the overall weight and improve the balance. A large side shield offers additional hand protection as well as blocking surface. The articulating cuff provides more volume in the wrist giving the goaltender improved wrist mobility and allows the arm padding to overlap for complete protection. Vaughn's adjustable wrist strap not only keeps the blocker from coming off, it provides added blocker control and limits twisting upon impact. Palm protection comes from reinforced leather offering dual layers of material for improved durability and shock absorption. A lightweight knitted mesh material is used on the fingers keeping your hand cooler throughout the game.
