Overview
The Vaughn Velocity V5 7490i Goalie Hockey Pants have been optimized for performance and protection. The Velocity intermediate pro pants offer excellent range of motion and mobility for active goaltenders.
Vaughn's V5 7490 intermediate goalie pants feature a wide upper waist section allowing the chest protector to be tucked in if desired. Lower abdomen protection comes from the floating abdomen pad helping to seal the gap behind the traditional lacing system. Vaughn's floating hip panels offer additional frontal protection with restricting mobility. The molded plastic thigh guards reinforced with foam provides good shot dampening protection as well as maximizes the goaltenders net coverage. The Velocity 7490i goalie pants offer solid tailbone protection from the floating plastic reinforced tailbone pad. Lower back, kidney and hip protective pads are designed using segmented foams that have been reinforce with plastic inserts offering a higher level of protection without restricting mobility.
The Vaughn 7490i goalie pants provide excellent protective coverage without compromising mobility. Younger goalkeepers will benefit from scaled down size and overall performance.
