The Vaughn Velocity V5 7800 Pro Goalie Catcher provides top of the line professional level protection and features. The 7800 goalie glove is constructed from durable top grade materials and protective foams that reduce the overall weight ensuring maximum performance.

Vaughn's 7800 goalie glove has been improved by incorporating a new internals and lace break-palm design and that makes the catcher easier to open and close and offers a more consistent break in. This glove features a large catching surface and deeper shape creating more volume in the palm. The additional volume in the pocket along with the dual bar T-web helps improve catching as well as puck retention.

Professional quality materials are used throughout this Vaughn catcher including extremely durable top of the line synthetic leather, used throughout the high wear and impact areas. Light breathable nylon materials are used to wick away moisture and provide protection to the back of the hand. The finger stalls are constructed using mesh materials that allow improved airflow and help keep you hands cooler during gameplay. Lining the palm of the 7800 catcher is a Nash synthetic leather that maintains a textured feel even when wet.

Vaughn's internal strapping system ensures the goaltender achieves a custom fit across the fingers, backhand and wrist. The Vaughn Velocity strapping system allows for greater control and limits glove twist when taking hard shots on the edges. Adjustable knuckle straps allows the keeper to achieve a custom fit while providing additional glove hand control.
