Cut Protection Level

The Vaughn Vision 9200 Goalie Hockey Pant is designed to increase comfort and flexibility with a wide profile cut in the waist and leg areas. The Vision 9200 goalie pants have been scaled down to accommodate younger goaltenders improving performance.
Thigh protection on the Vaughn 9200 hockey pants comes from molded plastic thigh and side slash guards reinforced with foam adding to the overall protection. Inner thigh HD blocks offer additional protection as well as helps when making five-hole saves. Quick dry internal mesh lining provides for added comfort and air flow. Additional groin protection comes from the HD flex blocks in the shell, providing improved coverage without restricting mobility. Rear leg splits allow the thigh pads to remain properly positioned when crouched adding to improved leg coverage. Vaughn's larger tailbone and molded hip protector are designed using thicker padding increasing internal protection.
The Velocity 9200 goal pant is constructed with a softer looser fit with a shorter thigh guard length than our other adult models designed specifically for junior goaltenders.
