The Warrior Ritual G2 Goalie Leg Pads feature an incredibly lightweight construction and are brilliantly designed to personally cater to Youth goaltenders' needs. With many of the same features included on the G2 youth pads that are found on the Senior models of the G2 series, these pads are an invaluable tool to help with the development of tiny puck stoppers.

The Ritual G2 leg pad has a bindingless construction that increases durability by reducing the wear that occurs on the high stress areas of the pad. Synthetic leather is used on the face of the pad to keep it looking new while reducing overall weight. While it doesn't have any specific break points on the outside of the pad, the G2 has a very flexible construction. This allows the pad to be flexed at any point, making it easier for younger goalies to move around without restriction.

The thin thigh profile of the G2 leg pads allow the tops of the pads to overlap each other when standing and increases efficiency when moving around the crease. The face of the pad is a flat design which helps to produce more predictable rebounds, an essential requirement for the butterfly style to perform properly. The Post Wedge Panel is a feature that has been carried over to the G2 from the previous model in the Ritual series. This panel provides protection to the outer calf while also filling the gap between the post and pad when using the "split butterfly" post hugging technique.

The Ritual G2 leg pads employ an all elastic strap system that allows changes in the fit of the pad to be done extremely fast. The G2's have done away with traditional toe ties by switching to an elastic and velcro strapping system that runs through the goal skate and back onto the calf. By having the elasticity of the straps, the goaltender is able to grow with the pads, giving the much needed longevity that young goaltenders require.
