Bauer also utilized their new QRT (Quick Release Taper) Technology that provides a wicked quick shot release.

The X800's aggressive taper design is pro-inspired because of how seamlessly players can use it to load and release during the shooting process. To make sure pucks go exactly where the shooter wants, Bauer implemented their Pure Shot Blade Profile to reinforce the connection point between the shaft and blade. The blade itself has a dual-density core that's designed to provide excellent puck feel, pop and durability.
