Comments: The only down-side to this padded shirt is that it runs short. I'm 5'10", 170 lbs and wear this shirt in Medium. Everything fits well, except that I can not keep it tucked into my hockey pants. It barely tucks in standing up, and comes out as soon as I take a stride. Great mobility and protection. The larger pads in the sternum area have a thin plastic layer in addition to the padding. Everything else is just padding with no plastic inserts.

Comments: The padding in the shirt covers almost completely all exposed areas of the chest, ribs, shoulders and back giving a good protection for roller hockey. The shirt is also light and very comfortable to wear and feels like an undershirt (only a little bit stiffer due the padding). The only drawback, itÕs a little warm. Regarding the size, I followed the sizing guidelines provided here and it fitted perfect.
So if you are looking for extra mobility but donÕt want to lose all the protection from your shoulder pads, this shirt is a good option.

Comments: I'm very pleased with this padded shirt. This shirt has saved my sternum a couple times this inline session alone. Good protection for the price and size/bulkiness. I've washed this shirt at least a half- dozen times thus far, and it has held up beautifully, with no visible fraying or wear. At 5'11" and 205 I purchased a Large and it fits ok, but I might be tempted to go up a size if I bought again. If I got down to my fighting weight it'd be a perfect fit, so keep that in mind when deciding on a size. Overall, a nice, durable layer of protection for the price.
