Comments: Shock Doctor cups seem to run a bit small in the adult sizes, maybe because they are primarily designed for teens. Our own body configurations also determine what size and design fit best. I wish the Titan cup were made a bit deeper, like the XL size in the BioFlex cup. Definitely a good product if the fit is right.
