Unlike a traditional facemask snap, this sliding buckle is much easier to fasten and release, making it ideal for younger players who struggle with the traditional snap. The Bauer Helmet Stud and its Sliding Buckle will work on just about every adult and youth facemask strap so it can be installed on any size and brand of hockey helmet.
