For players who rely on quick bursts of speed and agile movements to dominate the game, this type of skate is ideal. These offer a moderately stiff boot that balances support with mobility. These these skates, you can swiftly change direction, make sudden moves and accelerate rapidly.

Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The Bauer Vapor 3X Elbow Pad is ideal for the competitive quick and agile player who is seeking affordable protection with maximum mobility. Built into a featherlight design, the 3X provides extensive coverage, protection, and mobility by utilizing a 3-piece construction.
Thick molded foam on top of a 360-degree molded plastic construction gives fantastic forearm protection. Molded plastic and standard foam comprise the elbow cap and bicep guard too, which gives solid coverage and a lightweight fit.
The arm stays locked inside protection with a comfort anchor strap and nylon forearm strap. Up top, the 3X features a sleeve fit design to maximize player comfort and mobility. Internally, Bauer used their Thermo Max sublimated liner that excels at drawing sweat and moisture away from the skin to keep players cool and dry.

| BAUER ELBOW PAD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| With your arm bent at a 90° angle, measure the length from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease. Correspond your arm measurement to an elbow pad size using the table below. If you are in between two sizes, you can choose to go with the smaller size for a better range of motion and a more snug fit. Going larger will provide you with a little more coverage in protection and more volume in the fit. | |
