The CCM JetSpeed FT8 Shin Guards are quick, featherlight, and packed with AER-TEC Thermoregulation for the highly competitive hockey player. Through the combination of AER-TEC Ventilation ports on the shell and AER-TEC Suspension System in the liner, air can circulate around the legs with efficiency to reduce skin temperature and evaporate sweat. The result is increased performance later in the game when you need it most.
Compress-molded EVA foam is located in the areas you need protection the most: the thigh, knee wing, and calf guard. This foam construction is incredibly lightweight and will give you the confidence to weave through stick traffic. The calf guard floats in a position that will never sacrifice your coverage, while the adjustable calf strap lets you dial in the fit for optimal pad security.
Around the knee is CCM's FloFoam, which adds another layer of impact protection and plush comfort. It can be adjusted to help you find the perfect fit and can be removed to dry or wash. The liner is treated with Polygiene Technology to destroy and inhibit bacteria growth that cause odors, keeping your FT8's smelling fresh for seasons.

Sizing Chart
| GENERAL SHIN GUARD SIZING GUIDELINES | |
|---|---|
| Sitting at a 90-degree angle, measure from the bottom of your kneecap to the top of your foot parallel to your ankle and round to the nearest inch. This measurement equals your shin guard size when worn over the skate tongue. Correspond this measurement with the "Tongue In" column below. This is the most popular style since it offers more coverage and the best mobility. | |
| If you prefer to wear the shin guard under the skate tongue, simply subtract 1" from your measurement, which equals going one pad size down. This style provides a lighter and lower-profile fit. |
