Aside from the upgraded stiffness and support, the memory foam-like ankle padding makes this feel like a dream before they are even baked. We absolutely recommend baking these (links below) especially since these foam react extremely well to this process, which makes the skate feel like it was custom made for your foot.
Another standout feature on the AS-570 skate is the level of aftermarket customization it offers. The pro-style XS felt tongue provides stellar skill level specific protection but it can be replaced with lighter or more protective options with one of the XS Replacement Tongues. Similarly, the XS holder features a quick-release dial that allows the blades to be swapped out quickly and securely, keeping players off of the bench and on the ice. There are also plenty of upgradeable XS runners available aftermarket too.

Great feel, stiff boot for the priceGreat stiff boot, very responsive and I feel well connected to the ice surface. I have more of an old school power skating style and they do everything I want for beer league and racing my kids.
As a note, I have a fairly pronounced accessory navicular bone on my left foot and out of the box with a bake these were excruciatingly painful. After a good boot punch at a local shop they fit like a glove.

Not every profileAlthough it’s a great skate, many features for its price point. I have what’s called an accessory navicular bone which is a bone that pops out in the inside of both feet. After some hours I thought it was just the “break in” process but I couldn’t stand the pain when skating after 10 mins in, I’ll have to find another skate that could fit my profile. Bummed these didn’t work cause they look nice!
Excellent pair of skatesAs a new skater and hockey player. I really wasn't sure what to look for in my skates. I found these and figured they would fit what I need. On getting them, they were perfectly sized (thanks to the sizing chart Ice Warehouse provided) and are a great pair of skates. It's only taken 3 or so skating sessions to break them in
Very quick accurate delivery and returnsI was really surprised how easy this was. I purchased a pair of CCM AS-570 Ice Hockey skates via this website at a very competitive price.
The site answered all my questions and also allowed me to call in for more details. Everything arrived quickly and in good order. After trying them on I made the decision to return them for a bit larger size. Using the same box and their provided return slip (that included postage), shipping it back was a piece of cake. I’d definitely recommend using this company.
Excellent once servicedI have very wide feet and always have a hard time finding skates that don't destroy my feet. The wide option on these is great. I was concerned the toe caps still wouldn't be wide enough but they are perfect. I did have a single pressure point on the inside of each foot (at the navicular bone) even after having them molded but a simple boot punch service at the pro shop fixed the problem. Now that they fit perfectly on the ice they are very comfortable skates with excellent support and are impressively light weight. The toolless blade removal also works flawlessly.
I have been skating on 12 yr old Tacks and although they felt like they were formed to my feet, the 570s after baking actually feel like they were MADE for my feet. If I knew today's Tacks felt this good, I would have bought the 590s! In a couple of years, I will!
These skates are amazing! The fit is very comfortable and snug. I play in a recreational league and would definitely recommend these for those that do the same, worth every penny.
