The CCM Tacks XF Shoulder Pads showcase comprehensive coverage in a lightweight, mobile, and affordable package for the highly competitive player who loves to battle. Floating sternum and spine guards provide elite mobility and comfort while adding D3O at the plexus and lower spine offers players maximum protection to key areas of the body. D3O is used specifically to absorb and disperse heavy impact energy away from the body, leaving players much more confident to step into the shooting lane or park in front of the net.
CCM used their premium Zotefoam to hug the body for out-of-the-box comfort and to provide a low profile against the body. Air channels are built into the construction to accelerate air circulation and keep the body cool throughout the game. Zotefoam is also a closed-cell foam, which means it doesn't absorb water and eliminates the need for extra material for the liner. As the base material, Zotefoam efficiently eliminates sweat and moisture buildup and keeps the XF Shoulder Pads extremely lightweight.
Players can also adjust their coverage to obtain perfect protection and eliminate gaps in protection. Areas include the torso straps, bicep guards, belly pad, and lower back extension pad. By dialing in your fit, you'll experience premium comfort and coverage to play a physical game.

Sizing Chart
| GENERAL SHOULDER PAD SIZING GUIDELINES | |
|---|---|
| Measure the circumference of your chest roughly 1" below the armpit using a soft measuring tape, string, or shoelace. Correspond this measurement to the sizing chart and cross-reference your height. Personal preference may come into consideration in case there is an overlap between two shoulder pad sizes. For more coverage, go with the larger size. Choose the smaller size for a lower-profile fit and better responsiveness. |
