Couldn't keep, here are my thoughtsTo start off, I could not personally keep these skates. I have flat feet and was questioning if it was part of my issue with the previous model of DOOP, and these models confirmed that. I can't recommend for people who have collapsed arches and no way to lift their arches. The trinity frame mounting to begin with is a bad deal for over pronation, since you can't shift the frame aside to adjust for your center line. Since the boot is much more loose and soft boot like, it just can't cut it for urban skating- at least for people like me. I couldn't even turn in the skates because of my center line being for someone with higher arches, and the minimal support doesn't help that either (although its partly a skill issue on my end). I don't feel it fair to dock it any stars since it's just simply not meant to be for me. However I felt that strapping in and out was much much quicker in this new model compared to the previous. If you are confident skating in soft boots and don't have flat feet, I think these would be worth a try for getting around.
