The Flying Eagle Brake Mount comes with a rubber brake pad. It will work on Flying Eagle, Seba, and many other skate brands that ride flat 4x72 - 4x80 wheel setups.  Comes with two (2) 8mm axles threaded at both ends and 4 screws.
