Comments: I've used my X35s twice now. Coming off marathon skates, I'm loving the additional maneuverability but enjoying the fact they can still carry speed down the path while providing confidence over the rough patches. I may need to heat and reform the shell in the heel area to accommodate my foot as suggested in another review, but this thing is like a ski boot, and sometimes you need to reform the shell to get a ski boot to fit, so I don't see this as a reason to not buy the product. The only slight downside I'm experiencing is the weight, but that's been a minor annoyance and compensated for with the added maneuverability.

Comments: These are horrible! I have only skated on them twice, for about an hour each time, and they have already rubbed a blister on the inside sole of my foot where there's a large metal rivet inside, which attaches the buckle to the shell. I wrote Roces about this issue who advised I take a heat gun to the shell to bend it away from my feet in hopes of relieving the pressure. Unfortunately this doesn't work as the buckle pulls the frame back in, and causes the metal to again rub up against my feet. This is a poor shell design, and bad customer service from Roces. Stay away from these skates!
