Overview
The Rollerblade Kids Cuff Buckles with Straps are replacements for Rollerblade junior adjustable inline skates. They are SCB, so they may be used across other brands and models using this same mounting method. They are intended for junior skates so the straps are short. Therefore, it is recommended they be used only on kids models. They are plastic and include the buckles, straps, receivers, rivets and hardware to install.
Rivets are included, but a rivet tool is not. A rivet tool is approximately $5 at the hardware store. If not wishing to get a tool, consider one of the many other standard three-point mount buckles that use screws. The K2 Kids Buckle Set for example uses screws and would fit if available. Drilling or cutting away old rivets may be needed to remove your old buckle.
Standard Cuff Buckles (SCB). Three-point mount. Buckle mounts to the outside of the boot at two points 1.5cm apart. The receiver (or receptor) where the strap feeds into mounts on the inside of the boot at one point. SCB buckles are compatible across different brands and models using this same mounting method.
