Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

Its three-piece design enhances your mobility while providing a lightweight and low-profile fit so you stay quick and agile. With elite-level protection to boot, nothing can stop you from overtaking the play.
Thanks to Sherwood's Viconic Impact Protection, known for its ability to handle repeated impacts, the elbow is safely protected against hard plays against the boards or impacts against the ice. Paired with compress-molded HD foam around the forearm, players can confidently weave through stick traffic to either set up a filthy pass or bury one top cheddar.
Sherwood's 360° Wrap is a welcomed addition to the Encrypt line, providing a highly comfortable wrap against the arm. A grip printed liner further secures the elbow pad against the arm so protection stays exactly where it should. Using exposed foams, perforated base materials, and 3D textiles, the Encrypt 1 has great breathability and a lightweight fit. Finally, MicroBan technology keeps the liner fresh and in top condition, as the fibers actively work to eliminate odor-causing bacteria.

| SHERWOOD ELBOW PAD SIZING GUIDELINES | |

| With your arm bent at a 90° angle, measure the length from the back of the elbow to the wrist crease. Correspond your arm measurement to an elbow pad size using the table below. If you are in between two sizes, you can choose to go with the smaller size for a better range of motion and a more snug fit. Going larger will provide you with a little more coverage in protection and more volume in the fit. |
