Overview
The Sherwood Rekker Legend 4 Shoulder Pad stands out as an excellent option for recreational or casual players, offering exceptional protection and comfort at an incredibly affordable price point. Both the sternum and spine guards float above the torso panels, allowing the Legend 4 to contour and move with the body during play while keeping protection exactly where it needs to be.
Sherwood used a thick molded foam in both areas as well, offering great impact protection with a featherlight design. For bigger contact that may occur, molded plastic was used in the shoulder caps and biceps, providing better protection against impacts like accidental collisions with players or the boards.
A fantastic feature is the length-adjustable bicep guards, allowing players to raise or lower the piece and obtain coverage and a fit that suits their gameplay. Internally, Sherwood designed the liner with soft polyester for premium comfort and added in their Rekker sublimated topographical design for a one-of-a-kind look in the locker room.

| Measure the circumference of your chest roughly 1" below the armpit using a soft measuring tape, string, or shoelace. Correspond this measurement to the sizing chart and cross-reference your height. Personal preference may come into consideration in case there is an overlap between two shoulder pad sizes. For more coverage, go with the larger size. Choose the smaller size for a lower-profile fit and better responsiveness. |
