For players who rely on quick bursts of speed and agile movements to dominate the game, this type of skate is ideal. These offer a moderately stiff boot that balances support with mobility. These these skates, you can swiftly change direction, make sudden moves and accelerate rapidly.

Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The Sherwood Rekker Morph Max Glove embodies the same incredible protection, mobility, and comfort as the Morph 1, but built into a Limited Edition graphic package to set you apart on the rink. It moves flawlessly with your hand and is built for the elite-level player, offering top-end protection and performance without the steep price tag.
Players acquire top-tier protection with Sherwood's premium Elite Pro+ package, a mix of high-density foams reinforced with PE inserts throughout the fingers, backhand, and fingerblock. This setup helps deflect and disperse impact energy while maintaining an amazing comfort layer underneath. The dense foam cuff roll adds extra slash protection, ideal for players who battle in the corners and weave through traffic.
A two-piece Flex Lock thumb offers great mobility while preventing hyperextension, and the three-piece index and middle fingers paired with stretch Lycra gussets give you excellent stick feel right out of the box. The palm features a pro-feel Nash base with an added overlay through the center and thumb for enhanced durability and grip. Nash is trusted for its wear resistance and soft, comfortable feel when gripping the stick.
Externally, the Morph Max uses a mixture of cable knit nylon in key wear zones and lightweight polyester knit. You'll also get premium touches like a 3D-molded thumb logo, TPU Sherwood branding on the cuff, and screen-printed accents for a sharp, modern look. Internally, it's finished off with Sherwood's Microban liner, wicking sweat and moisture to keep your hands cool and dry while eliminating odor-causing bacteria.
