For players who rely on quick bursts of speed and agile movements to dominate the game, this type of skate is ideal. These offer a moderately stiff boot that balances support with mobility. These these skates, you can swiftly change direction, make sudden moves and accelerate rapidly.

Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

Comments: Like these a lot. I have a shock doctor cup and compression shorts combo and I prefer these. They hold the cup where it needs to be without pinching when you sit down.

Comments: Great! does exactly what i needed it to. Small tip though, order now up from you think. Wasteband is pretty one size fits all to an extent. so focus on your junk before your waist.

Comments: great jock, fits a bit more snug around the hips than preferred, but the cup does not rub up against my inner thighs, great fit and very comfortable overall!!

Comments: The jock-cup combo is great, but it may be better to order one size up from what a user thinks is his size in other brands. Likewise, the standard adult cup (black) may not provide comfortable coverage whereas the XL cup (dark blue) might be a better choice. That is my experience and I am of slight build with 32" hip measurement. Yes, this jock is designed to ride on the hips, not the waist. The jock itself is good even without the cup, providing a snug fit as a jock should do if it is to be effective. In other words, this jock can do double duty. Great! Also usable under swimwear. Tried many before finding this Shock Doctor and I won't go back to the others.

Comments: traditional jock fit and feel - although the waistband and pouch are slightly more streamlined than the old school bike/mueller jocks, therefore this one fits a little lower on the hips. but still maintains the close fit through all ranges of motion, for those who don't like the way that the cup floats around in the new jock short style.
