Overview
Superfeet All Purpose Cushion Insoles, previously known as Superfeet Flex Insoles, offer comfort and support to keep your feet happy while you skate. The structured heel cup helps support the entire foot to help reduce stress and fatigue in your feet, ankles and knees. moisture wicking fabric works with the ventilated foam to keep your feet dry, cool and comfortable. The 3mm thickness of the FLEXthin is designed specifically for tight fitting athletic footwear and the 4mm thickness in the standard Flex insole is ideal for removing excess volume and adding a little extra comfort.

| Select the insole size according to your US shoe size - not your skate size! Remove the stock skate insole and place it on top of the Superfeet by lining up the backs of the heels and the inside of the edges. Using a pen, trace the outline onto the Superfeet. Cut along the outside of the traced line and test the fit. Trim a little more if the Superfeet insole is still too big. |

Great insolesThese insoles made my skating sessions a lot more comfortable. My feet are still getting used to skating on a regular basis, but these are helping.
New life for old skatesI bought a pair of the FLEXTHIN insoles to breathe new life into my 25-year-old skates. I have no idea how these are so thin yet effective.
