Triple 8 Covert Knee Pads
4.5
Overview
Triple Eight Covert Knee Pads are the slimmest, lowest profile knee protection available. They use non-restrictive construction that easily slides on under or over clothing. The padding is a lightweight and flexible EVA foam that is best suited for low impact activities or workouts, not heavy impact sports like derby. Covert pads are a great confidence-booster for any skater, especially those who shy away from using big, bulky protective gear.

Measure the circumference 3-4 inches above and below the knee, or around the knee joint itself. Be sure to reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. If you need more help please check out our Buyer’s Guide: How do I Size / Measure for Knee Pads? We recommend ordering up if between sizes. | |
Triple 8 Tip: If your measurements are in-between the sizes shown or you’re simply in doubt, we strongly recommend sizing up to the larger size. We have found over the years that customers do better when they choose the larger size. |

Very Comfortable(Reviewed 5/09/22 at Triple8.com)
I find traditional knee and elbow pads too bulky for dance skating. Now I use the covert knee and elbow pads and love them! I'm about 160 and 5'6" and wear a medium in both knee and elbow. They allow a certain freedom of movement that I was looking for. I wear them under loose jeans. The only problem is that one of the stitches came loose, but I think that they should at least last me at year or two, which should save me from a few major bruises.
Great!(Reviewed 4/20/22 at Triple8.com)
I've had these knee pads for about 3 months and they're great! I use them for rollerskating on trails or on the road. I followed the size chart and the knee pads are true to size. They don't slip and when I fall I can tell it absorbs the impact and softens my falls vs if I was wearing nothing. After wearing them for 2 hours they're not significantly sweaty as they absorb sweat pretty well. It's easy to slip them on under or over clothing and keep a low profile. I highly recommend if you are looking for something low profile so it'll pair with outfits better!
