Introducing Intelligent Body Protection (iBP), every key impact area is designed to absorb and dissipate heavy impact energy away from the body while at the same time delivering a lightweight fit and premium ventilation. This hybrid structure is composed of a unique frame geometry backed by EPP foam, together working to reduce weight and the amount of force that gets transmitted to the body.
Thanks to the help of Tackla, the 9X4 comes with their fit profile that has been a staple among players for generations. It sits close-to-the-body for premium comfort and coverage but incorporates True's elite-level protection package and modern-day performance. The shell is built to handle abrasions, comes with a 2" zippered extension, an internal belt, and strategic mesh gussets to ensure top-level mobility. For teams looking for custom embellishment, both the hips and thigh protection are fully removable to allow easy access.
