Good but could be better!The padding is nice and would protect you good from a shot from a puck or a wack from a stick! The only downside is these run a little small in my opinion and aren't adjustable! I ordered a size medium and they are pretty tight getting them on over my hand should have probably ordered a large I can hear the threads stretching when I put them on!
